Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will it arrive?

Processing: 3–7 business days to prepare your order.
Delivery: most U.S. orders arrive 7–12 business days after they ship.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Christmas delivery

For delivery in the U.S. before Christmas, please order by November 27.

Packaging

Your order ships in simple protective packaging, ready for you to wrap. Sending it straight to someone you love? Enter their address at checkout and add a gift message in the note box in your cart.

Orders with more than one item

Pieces in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages. Each one will have its own tracking.

We currently ship within the United States.

Delayed or lost package

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or your package seems lost, write to us at eliteecompany25@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help.
